Scope of Services
Color Form provides photo and art printing services, including print inquiries, file review, size and paper consultation, test prints, production, and local collection or delivery within Mumbai. Any service description is subject to file suitability, material availability, and studio confirmation.

Fees and Payment
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and test prints are billed separately where applicable. Payment methods accepted by the studio may be limited to the methods confirmed at the time of order, and no order is binding until the required payment or approval has been received.

Orders and Production
Any quoted production or delivery timing is an estimate only and depends on file review, material availability, quantity, and studio capacity. The studio may decline or postpone work where files are unsuitable, incomplete, or inconsistent with the agreed specifications.

Customer Content Rights
You retain all rights in the content you submit, and you are responsible for obtaining any copyright, trademark, image, font, model, or other permissions needed for production. Color Form does not assume responsibility for legal clearance of customer-provided artwork or for verifying spelling, names, dates, or factual statements beyond the agreed file-preflight scope.

Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Color Form is not liable for differences between screen display and printed output, between different materials or batches, or for results affected by customer files, third-party materials, or approved specifications. Any review, proof, or consultation is provided to help identify obvious production issues, but it does not create a guarantee of perfection or a warranty of exact visual match.

Primary Clause
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and any dispute arising from the website or services should first be raised with Color Form in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over Mumbai, subject to applicable law.
